I had to send back one of the pieces since it was damaged, and the team quickly sent me a replacement right on time for my wedding. I'm really pleased with the options they offered and the fantastic support I received.

These bracelets are really pretty, but they're just too small. I got the largest size for my mom as a Christmas gift, but I can tell they won't fit her at all. I went for a size down for myself (a UK size 12) and can only wear them on my left hand. Total waste of cash, and the site says no refunds. There were so many gorgeous items I was planning to buy later, but I won't be spending another dime at this shop.

Edit: I did get a refund, which is nice, but it still means I have to hunt for another gift and now I've got two sets of bracelets I can't use. Still, I appreciate the goodwill.
